Scholarships by AI4Good Lab 2025 - 2026

The AI4Good Lab was founded in 2017 by Angelique Mannella and Professor Doina Precup and is hosted at Mila and delivered in partnership with the Alberta Machine Intelligence Institute, Vector Institute, CIFAR, and Toronto Metropolitan University. It is a 7 week training program focused not only on innovative approaches to teaching and learning Artificial Intelligence (AI), but also with the ambitious goals of tackling diversity and inclusion in AI research and development, and inspiring the next generation of technical leaders to develop AI as a force for social good.

    • Al4Good Lab 2025 - Canada Cohort

      Applications are open for the Al4Good Lab 2025 Canada Cohort. The Al4Good Lab is an introductory program to machine learning for women and gender diverse people with some programming background and intermediate to no experience in machine learning. The Lab runs for 7 weeks during the summer and is split into 2 sections (the Bootcamp and Project weeks).
