A comprehensive program known as Tech for Good offers charity organizations tackling a range of social challenges software, knowledge, and funding. Zendesk’s partners may achieve their objectives more broadly by using the power of Customer Experience (CX) technology to boost productivity and improve their influence. Through the Tech for Good Impact Awards, grants totaling $500K as well as product donations and pro bono help will be given to global charity organizations.
Tech for Good Goals:
- Provide funds and Zendesk software to organizations to help them serve more people and have a more significant effect among disadvantaged communities.
- Collaborate with NGOs & nonprofits that offer workforce development training for customer experience (CX) careers to historically marginalized and underrepresented populations.
Benefits of Zendesk Tech for Good Impact Awards 2024
Awards:
- The Impact Awards will grant various awards ranging from $10,000 to $50,000 for each organization, with a total funding pool of up to $500,000.
- Zendesk Tech for Good will offer free product and software donations of up to $500,000 in value and pro bono help as needed.
- The Zendesk Foundation retains the right to adjust the award amount at any moment.
Zendesk Tech for Good Impact Awards 2024 Requirements
- Nonprofit organizations that want to use Zendesk software to directly help recipient communities are eligible for the Zendesk Impact Awards.
- Zendesk is looking for organizations or projects that wish to make a real effect in one of the Zendesk Foundation’s impact areas.
- Applicants must demonstrate how Zendesk’s products and financial assistance will enable them to serve more people and have a more significant effect on vulnerable or disadvantaged communities.
- Organizations and planned initiatives must fit within the Foundation’s key priority areas of cultivating community, boosting resilience in times of disaster, and establishing career pathways in technology.
- Applicants may also be interested in Zendesk’s CX Agent job training program, and provide workforce development programming.
- To obtain Zendesk software, organizations must demonstrate some ability to adopt new technology.
- Your organization has previously invested in or is currently prepared to engage in technology platform solutions to improve services to beneficiary communities.
- Open to verifiable charity organizations, including 501(c)(3) public charities in the United States and overseas organizations functioning for philanthropic purposes whose activities advance the Foundation’s key priority areas of:
- Promoting resilience
- Fostering Community
- Creating professional paths in technology
- They are unable to make grants to organizations based in Belarus, Central African Republic, Crimea Region of Ukraine, Congo, Cuba, Iran, Iraq, Lebanon, Liberia, Libya, North Korea, Somalia, Syria, Ukraine/Russia, Venezuela, Yemen, and Zimbabwe at this time.
