This conference provides a unique opportunity for youth organisations to engage with experts, policymakers, and civil society leaders to discuss and promote open governance, transparency and accountability in the region.

YDC Call for Applications 2025 Requirements
They encourage applications from young individuals aged 18 to 30 year-old who:
- Are members of a YDC member organisation
- Are passionate about promoting youth participation and empowerment
- Have experience or a strong interest in promoting open governance and civic participation
- Experience with the OGP process would be appreciated or the ability to demonstrate understanding of the process
- Are based in an African country.
