The UK's Department for Business and Trade (DBT) are launching the department’s first global tech awards, the Unicorn Kingdom: Pathfinder Awards (UKPA), to unearth and showcase the most promising scale up companies in the tech industry.

Winners will receive a tailor-made programme in the UK, including meetings with leading industry and government sector specialists and invitations to VIP events and receptions.Tailored support from DBT’s Global Entrepreneur Programme will be on offer, which supports ambitious businesses to scale and grow from a UK global headquarters. Winners will also receive exposure and recognition through promotional activities run by the DBT to accelerate their business' growth.
