Wherever they can, the Tällberg Foundation is deeply committed to promoting global, values-based leadership. They think that in a world full of existential crises, the only long-term solutions are those envisioned and pursued by leaders who act with bravery, ingenuity, perseverance, and dedication to universal principles—but most importantly, a recognition that global problems require global answers.

The idea is straightforward: we need as many outstanding leaders as we can in our chaotic world. Through a targeted, year-long process of dialogue and cooperation, TLML pairs up-and-coming leaders from a wide range of nations and disciplines with similarly diverse experienced leaders in an effort to expedite the development of high-potential leaders.

Benefits of Tällberg Leaders Mentoring Leaders Program

  • With the help of the Tällberg Foundation’s extensive global network, TLML seeks to discover and develop up-and-coming leaders who have enormous potential in order to hasten their development into influential figures.
  • Mentees join a network of leaders striving for worldwide good change.
  • Program graduates will get a completion certificate and join Tällberg’s international network as essential members.

Tällberg Leaders Mentoring Leaders Program Requirments

  • Anyone can apply, regardless of location, nationality, or field of study—politicians, statesmen, scientists, educators, social entrepreneurs, CEOs, environmentalists, artists, members of the armed forces, and others, among others.

Selection Criteria:

  • Applications from prospective mentees must be submitted online. They will be examined and investigated by Tällberg employees, and a pre-jury of influential people from Tällberg’s worldwide network will subsequently assess them. Global leaders form a separate jury that makes the final selection of the mentees. To make sure that the selected mentees meet the program’s main requirements—which include exhibited bravery, inventiveness, perseverance, dedication to universal values, and—above all—a knowledge of the necessity of global solutions to address global challenges—rigorous consideration and evaluation are involved in the selection process.
