About TETFUND Ugwumba Enterprise Challenge

This is the 7th edition of the annual idea pitching and grant competition that is designed to promote innovations, job creation and economic development across the country. It is open to young entrepreneurs in Nigeria between 18 - 40 years of age, who have ideas that can be transformed into successful business ventures or social enterprises.

• Admission into Boot Camp - September 18, 2024
• UEC 2024 Open Day - September 20, 2024
• UEC Boot Camp - September 23 – October 18, 2024
• 1st Preliminary Pitching Competition - October 21 – 30, 2024
• Announce Top 20 Startups - November 04, 2024
• 2nd Preliminary Pitching Competition - November 06 - 20, 2024
• Announce Top 10 Finalists - November 26, 2024
• Grand finale in Abuja - December 03, 2024
