Sankofatech's Achievers in Technology (AIT) program is an intensive, four-year initiative designed to cultivate the next wave of Black technology leaders in the United States. Recognizing that young people of African descent often overlook technology careers due to limited industry awareness, community misconceptions (such as a perceived lack of prestige), and a scarcity of resources, AlT seeks to address these challenges head-on.
