McKinsey & Company Next Generation Women Leaders (NGWL) Program Requirments
To be considered for NGWL Asia-Pacific, applicants must:
- Be currently based in or have strong ties with the Asia-Pacific region
- Either be a bachelor’s, master’s, PhD, or MBA student graduating no later than 2025 or a professional with up to eight years of work experience.
