Applications are open for the McKinsey & Company BUILD Fellowship Program 2025. BUILD is a 2-year rotational opportunity for university graduates from select Atlanta, Boston, or New York colleges and universities, where you will gain real world professional experience across various pathways at the firm. You will be part of the BUILD program based in either the Atlanta, Boston, or New York offices, and will rotate across a variety of teams during the program. These rotations will be a mixture of internal and/or client adjacent roles.

In this role, you will work with a variety of teams during a series of rotational assignments over the 2-year program. You will build a network of peers and mentors, develop your personal leadership toolkit, build on your strengths, and learn about different types of roles at the firm. As a BUILD Fellow, you will learn various tools and skills, core business essentials, advanced communication tactics, and foundational problem-solving methods.
