About Master in Human and Organization Resources Scholarships
This full-time Master’s degree, hosted by ISTUD and the Catholic University of Milan, is specifically designed to offer high-level managerial training. The program integrates theoretical and practical knowledge, equipping you with the essential tools for career advancement. With a focus on human resources and organizational management, you’ll learn how to navigate business systems, enhance your soft skills, and master talent assessment and development.
In support of this vision, two fully-funded scholarships have been established for refugee students or those holding international protection status. The scholarships cover tuition and provide financial support for living expenses, making this an incredible opportunity to transform your future through education and professional training.

Master in Human and Organization Resources Scholarships Requirments
All students must meet these requirements:
- Applicants must have refugee status or hold International/Subsidiary Protection.
- Applicants must be interested in pursuing a career in human resources and organizational management.
- A completed Bachelor’s degree is required, preferably in a related field like political science, social sciences, or business.
- Strong motivation and commitment to completing the full-time program and participating in internships
- Applicants must be proficient in English and Italian.

- Proof of refugee status or International/Subsidiary Protection.
- A Bachelor’s degree certificate or equivalent.

Selection Process
The selection process for this award consists of the following steps:
- Scholarships will be awarded by the Selection Committee, composed of members from the Catholic University and ISTUD.
- Selection will be based on:

- Individual motivational interviews.
- Scholarships will be granted to the most deserving candidates based on the selection tests.
- Candidates must meet the entry requirements and submit the necessary documentation.
- Priority will be given to candidates who choose to attend in person at the Baveno campus (Lake Maggiore).
- If no suitable candidates are found, the scholarships will not be awarded.
