Eligible nominees must be:
1. Female non-profit leaders;
2. Working on initiatives that primarily benefit domestic American needs;
3. Located in the United States, District of Columbia, or U.S. territories;
4. Engaged in volunteer activities that can be:
- Nonprofit in nature
- Potentially paid through national service programs like AmeriCorps or Peace Corps
