Sponsored by the United States Educational Foundation in Pakistan, this international fellowship provides a non-degree graduate program in the United States lasting 10-12 months.

This fully-funded fellowship opportunity is exclusively for Pakistani professionals, serving as both an educational and cultural exchange initiative. Fellows will have the chance to work in their selected fields in the US while sharing insights into Pakistani life and culture. Moreover, they are expected to contribute their expertise from Pakistan to their colleagues in the United States.
The Humphrey Fellowship Program covers four major fields with various subfields: Human and Institutional Capacity, Rights and Freedoms, Sustainable Lands, and Thriving Communities. Women, disabled individuals, and professionals from specific regions in Pakistan are strongly encouraged to apply, as the program aims to uplift career-oriented individuals.
This fully-funded fellowship covers tuition fees, airfare, a living stipend, health insurance, and visa processing. Awardees are required to return to Pakistan upon completion of the program and share their experiences with their peers. As goodwill ambassadors, they play a crucial role in fostering positive relations between the United States and Pakistan.
