Join Google for a unique 12-14 week paid internship that offers personal and professional development, an executive speaker series, and community-building. In this role, you will play a role in the sales organization. In collaboration with your assigned sales team, you will identify, qualify, and nurture Google Cloud computing opportunities. You will gain an understanding of how their solutions solve problems related to digital transformation for our customers.

Responsibilities

  • Support pipeline development by conducting research, identifying potential opportunities, and contributing to outbound activities in collaboration with Field Sales Representatives (FSR).
  • Assist in the development and execution of aimed campaigns, leveraging resources from Go-to-Market (GTM) teams to drive awareness and engagement within specific customer accounts.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders within customer accounts, including technical and business decision-makers.
  • Work with the marketing team to ensure consistent messaging and best practices across all campaigns.

Benefits of Google Sales Development Representative Internship

  • The US base salary range for this full-time position is $58,000-$72,000.

Google Sales Development Representative Internship Requirements

Minimum qualifications:

  • Pursuing a Bachelor's degree or post secondary or training experience with a focus on subjects in Business, Marketing, Communications or other related fields.
  • Experience with business development, sales, or marketing  

 

Preferred qualifications:

  • Currently attending a degree program in the US and available to work full time for 12-14 weeks outside of university term time.
  • Penultimate academic year or returning to a degree program after completion of the internship.
  • Experience in a customer-facing (external or internal) role.
  • Familiarity with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software, dashboards, and reporting.
  • Excellent people management and organizational skills, with the ability to navigate an ambiguous environment.

Must be a US Citizen to meet customer and compliance requirements, including potential access to classified information.

Participation in the internship program requires that you are located in the United States for the duration of the internship program.

This internship is intended for students in their penultimate academic year, who are pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree program in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, Public Relations or a related field.

Google is a global company and, in order to facilitate efficient collaboration and communication globally, English proficiency is a requirement for this internship program.
