This year's cohort will embark on an immersive journey, connecting with some of the most influential figures across the public and private sectors in Africa and France. Through high-level exchanges, dynamic workshops, and transformative discussions, participants will gain the insights and networks to drive real impact.

For two weeks, one in France and one in an African country, the program offers a unique opportunity for Young Leaders to reflect and act collectively on the challenges of tomorrow, through different formats of exchanges in which they take part.

French-African Foundation Young Leaders Program Requirements

To apply, candidates must meet the following criteria:

• Be between 28 and 40 years old.
• Be bilingual in English. Fluency in French is an asset
• Have at least 5 years of work experience with demonstrable leadership skills and impact.
• Have a vision to have a clear desire to build
  bridges between African countries and France.
• Be a national of a country on the African or
  French continent.
