Al Illumination Grant Awards:
- Winner will receive $20,000
- Runner-Up will receive $15,000
Fifteen Percent Pledge Al Illumination Grant Requirements
- Attend at least one of two educational webinars offered as part of the program.
- Be a member of the Fifteen Percent Pledge's Business Equity Community.
- Operate an e-commerce business in any category, selling a unique physical product.
- Be Black-owned, with at least 50% ownership by a self-identifying Black individual.
- Employ between 1-15 team members, including the founder.
- No minimum revenue is required to qualify.
Selection Criteria
The grant selection committee will evaluate applicants based on the following:
- Clear potential for business growth.
- Demonstrated sustainable competitive advantage in the market.
- Leadership by a strong management team with relevant industry experience.
- A compelling and specific use case for Al tools to overcome growth barriers and scale effectively.
- A commitment to fostering inclusivity and contributing positively to the broader community.
