The Etilaatroz Newspaper, in collaboration with the Institute of War and Peace Reporting (IWPR), is organizing its first online journalism training program. Over six months, this program aims to equip participants with theoretical knowledge and practical skills in journalism.

- The program is free of charge.
- Participants who complete the theoretical and practical phases and pass the final exam with excellent grades will receive a certificate from IWPR and Etilaatroz newspaper.
Etilaatroz Online Journalism Training Program for Afghans Requirements
All participants should meet the following requirements:
- Open to individuals from all provinces of Afghanistan.
- Priority goes to women and girls due to existing constraints.
- Applicants with prior education or experience in journalism, creative writing, field research, and social studies are encouraged to apply.
Selection Process
- Participants will undergo a theoretical training phase for the first three months and a practical internship phase for the next three months.
- During the internship phase, participants will write short and long reports under the supervision of instructors.
- The final evaluation will be based on the performance in theoretical courses, internship, and the final exam.
