About Digital Thriving Fellowship Program
Opportunity Details
As a Fellow, you’ll join a supportive community of collaborators from various disciplines, exploring ways to foster digital agency through youth-centered, equity-focused, and critically optimistic work. Your unique contributions could shape a future where young people thrive in a tech-driven world.
Fellowship Goals
- Community Building: Create a network of practice and mutual support.
- Idea Incubation: Develop new ideas, practices, and tools.
- Support Work: Focus on emerging topics relevant to thriving in a tech-rich world.
Fellowship Structure
Fellows will:
- Participate in Center-wide meetings and seminars.
- Share and receive support from peers and Center team members.
- Contribute expertise to ongoing research and development.
- Benefit from communications support, Harvard Libraries access, and shared office space at Project Zero.
Program Values
- Collaboration: “Together we are more” – our work is stronger with shared experiences and diverse perspectives.
- Visibility: “Making our thinking visible” – share work-in-progress through public presentations.
- Impact: Create useful resources like reports, curricula, or digital tools.
- Accountability and Grace: Report progress and adapt as needed, with a focus on long-term impact.

Who Should Apply?
U.S.-based researchers, K-12 educators, designers, policymakers, artists, community leaders, creators, and other experts with a history and passion for advancing digital thriving are encouraged to apply.
