CREA Emerging Leaders Initiative 2024 in India Requirements

You must meet these requirements:

• You must be an early-career professional or a recent graduate passionate about driving social change
• Based in India with access to stable internet and a working computer
• Proficiency in English and working knowledge of Hindi
• Ability to work across time zones and handle high-pressure situations
• Hold a university degree in social sciences (priority given)
• Know the socio-political context in South Asia
• Have a strong research, analytical, and writing skills
• Demonstrate excellent management and networking skills
• Be self-motivated

What We Expect?

The program expects you to do the following items:

• Assist in planning, implementing, and evaluating CREA programs and initiatives.
• Develop program materials and documentation
• Support facilitation of workshops and training sessions
• Conduct research and analysis for program design and evaluation
• Collect, analyze, and report program data and impact
• Assist in internal and external communication development
• Coordinate logistics for CREA programs and initiatives
• Participate in cross-functional teams and collaborations
• Travel for in-person cohort meetings as required
