The Young Talent Development Programme is an exciting opportunity for you to join us as a Graduate Trainee. The programme runs for 12 months across various business units within CAM. CAM is looking for candidates in the following areas:
• Economics
• Accounting
• Data Analytics
• Investment Management
Minimum requirements
Admission requirements:
• 25 years and younger
• Unemployed
• Recent graduate (2022 – 2024)
• Undergraduate/postgraduate degree or close to completing with strong academic results and a proven balanced lifestyle
The ideal candidates:
• Have strong analytical, problem-solving and organisational skills
• Are forward thinking and have an ability to innovate and find new ways of working to strengthen efficiency and competitiveness
• Are disciplined, committed, have a strong work ethic and can-do attitude
• Have a client-oriented mindset
• Is a proactive self-starter with an inquisitive nature and eager to learn
• Have a strong digital mindset and capabilities
