• BAT expect you to have graduated ( 2 Year Max post-graduation) with a degree in Agriculture, Horticulture , Agronomy degree or related field.

• You will need to have excellent communication skills, complimented by excellent organizational and planning skills.
• Innovative individual with good computer skillsets.
