Now in its sixth cohort, this one-year nonresident fellowship program is designed to empower rising women leaders by providing professional development, mentoring sessions with senior leaders, and opportunities for public speaking and writing. Aimed at women under 35 years old with 3-5 years of experience in energy and climate, the program focuses on cultivating leadership potential and fostering career growth.
