Design Program Managers within Adobe Design are leaders within the teams and trusted partners to their cross-functional peers. They work across various product teams to understand, communicate, and manage the delivery of design and customer experiences. They interface directly with executives, product managers, and engineering leadership to bring their products to life.

Adobe SAMI Design Program Management Internship Requirements
- Must be a student-athlete currently enrolled in a school-sanctioned sport and pursuing a U.S.-based accredited college or university with a target graduation date between December 2025 - December 2026.
- Interest or experience in leading projects with a strong organizational mindset.
- An interest in the field of design operations and working within a creative team.
- Strong verbal, presentation, and written communication skills.
- Ability to operate in an environment of ambiguity with diverse partners.
- Ability to participate in a full-time internship between May-September.
